浅议工程监理企业成本控制

摘要：监理公司是我国建筑施工企业开展工程项目的有效保证，监理工作是一种高智能的技术咨询服务工作，能否有效地控制工程项目的成本既关系着工程建设的质量同时也关联着监理公司的信誉，因此，监理公司对于受监工程成本的管理和研究不能忽视。
